For more than 20+ years, she has worked in a variety of senior business roles at AmLaw 100 firms. Her practice group management focus is private equity, fund formation, and M&A; as well as energy and environmental practices. She has worked with law firm C-Suite and Managing Partners to develop and execute growth strategies in these areas. More recently, she worked in the family office of a global private equity firm where she was a managing director for operations and recruiting.

Today, Mary specializes in the recruitment and placement of private equity attorneys and has a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, including buyouts, growth equity investments, secondaries, and portfolio company representation. Her strong understanding of how legal strategy intersects with business objectives enables her to place attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
