Ellen Musante is a recruiting professional and strategic advisor serving the professional services industry.  For 32 years, Ellen has worked within AmLaw100 and accounting firms, including C-level roles with Stroock, Milbank, and Dentons US, building and leading their most critical business strategies.  Ellen has designed and executed global strategic plans, managed lateral acquisition, integration and succession-planning initiatives, advised on merger activities, and coached firm leaders. She began her professional services career as a marketing executive, developing an industry reputation for nurturing talent, leading teams, and meeting firm growth goals with innovation and vision.

For nearly a decade of her career, Ellen created and led successful key-account value initiatives for several firms. She has interviewed hundreds of clients, brought their messages back to leadership teams, and built strategies to strengthen business relationships.
