After a successful career in legal product sales, Kent Lilly moved to the beaches of the Outer Banks, NC to focus on legal recruiting and helping associates advance their legal careers.  Kent has placed lateral associates in dozens of AmLaw 100 offices across the country.  When he’s not getting his candidates new (and better) jobs, Kent loves rooting for Kansas City sports teams, especially the Chiefs.  He also enjoys boating, the beach, and travel.
